When you type a question or message into the App, your input is sent to OpenAI’s API for a response.

We do not collect, log, or store your questions or the AI responses on our servers.

Additionally:

• We do not send personally identifiable information (PII) to OpenAI.
• Your input is transmitted securely via HTTPS.
• Per OpenAI’s policy, prompts and completions are not used to train their models unless you opt in.

3. Data Storage and Security

We use secure, device-based local storage to maintain limited user preferences or subscription status. This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to external servers unless required for purchases or platform compliance (e.g., Apple App Store subscriptions).

We take reasonable precautions to protect your data against loss or unauthorized access.

4. We Do Not:

• Sell, rent, or otherwise trade any user data to third parties.
• Share user input or AI-generated responses with external analytics, advertising, or marketing platforms.
• Collect precise geolocation or conduct continuous background tracking of users.

If Xeebrah Digital, LLC establishes partnerships in the future that involve advertising, marketing, or data-driven services, we will provide clear and conspicuous disclosures prior to implementation. 5. In-App Purchases & Payments

All in-app purchases are handled securely via the App Store using Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not process or store your payment information.

6. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Xeebrah Digital, LLC does not knowingly collect, solicit, or store personal information from anyone under 13 years of age, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems. This may include purging stored data, disabling associated accounts, and preventing further access until parental consent is properly obtained.
