End User License Agreement

Effective Date: July 29, 2025

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of this mobile application (“the App”), which is owned and operated by Xeebrah Digital, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. For Entertainment and Reflection Only

The App is intended solely for entertainment, inspiration, and personal reflection. All content generated by the App—including but not limited to AI-generated responses, spiritual reflections, and mystical prompts—should not be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, financial, professional, or religious advice. You agree not to rely on the App as a substitute for professional consultation in any area of your life. If you have specific concerns in those fields, you should always seek qualified professional guidance.

You may use the content you receive from the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, such as journaling, meditation, or reflection. However, you may not present the App’s content as professional advice, redistribute it commercially, or use it to make health, legal, financial, or other critical decisions. By using the App, you retain ownership of the text or other material you input into the App, but you grant the App permission to process that content in order to generate responses. The App does not claim ownership over your input or your personal reflections derived from the use of the App.

2. No Guarantees or Warranties

We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, reliability, or usefulness of any information provided by the App. The content generated may be unpredictable and may contain errors or be interpreted in unintended ways. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

3. Artificial Intelligence Limitations

This App utilizes AI technology to generate responses based on user input. While the AI is designed to produce helpful and meaningful outputs, it may occasionally generate content that is irrelevant, nonsensical, or emotionally sensitive. Users are responsible for interpreting and evaluating the responses.

4. No Liability for Use of Content; Indemnification

You agree that Xeebrah Digital, LLC, its affiliates, employees, partners, and developers shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or consequences resulting from your access to or use of the App, or your reliance on any content it provides. This includes, but is not limited to, physical, emotional, psychological, financial, or spiritual outcomes. The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

By using the App, you further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xeebrah Digital, LLC, its affiliates, employees, partners, successors, and assigns against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of this Agreement; (b) your misuse of the App or its content; (c) your violation of any rights of another, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; or (d) any activity otherwise connected to your use of the App. This obligation shall survive the termination of your use of the App.

5. Not for Crisis or Emergency Use

This App is not intended for use in emergency situations or as a replacement for mental health support. If you are in distress or facing a crisis, please seek help from a qualified professional or call emergency services.

6. Age Requirement and Parental Consent

Use of this App is restricted to individuals who are at least 13 years old. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we become aware that a user under 13 has provided personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the App with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By permitting a minor to use the App, the parent or guardian acknowledges and agrees to be fully responsible for the minor’s use, including all activities, content viewed, and any consequences arising from such use.

Xeebrah Digital, LLC reserves the right to implement reasonable mechanisms to verify user age and to require parental consent where appropriate. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise the use of the App by minors, and to utilize device-level parental controls to restrict or monitor access where necessary.

7. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, text, images, and design elements used within the App are the property of Xeebrah Digital LLC or its licensors. You may not reuse, reproduce, or distribute any portion of the App without prior written permission.

8. Changes to the Agreement

Xeebrah Digital, LLC may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Any such changes will take effect upon posting within the App and/or on our website, unless otherwise required by law. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement regularly to stay informed of any updates.

For significant or material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, which may include providing in-app prompts, push notifications, or sending notices to the email address associated with your account (if available). In such cases, you may be required to review and affirmatively accept the revised Agreement before continuing to use the App.

If you do not agree to the revised Agreement, you must discontinue use of the App. Your continued use of the App following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer in-app purchases, including consumable items and recurring subscription services. By completing a purchase or subscription within the App, you authorize the applicable app store provider (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) to charge the payment method linked to your account. All billing and transaction processing is handled directly by the app store provider, and Xeebrah Digital, LLC does not collect or store your payment information.

Subscriptions, if offered, may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription through your app store account settings before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscriptions and for any charges incurred prior to cancellation.

All purchases and subscriptions are subject to the terms and policies of the applicable app store provider. Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes must be addressed directly with the app store provider, as Xeebrah Digital, LLC is not authorized to provide refunds outside of their policies. We encourage you to review the Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund guidelines before making any purchase.

We reserve the right to change pricing, introduce new features, or discontinue certain purchase or subscription options at our sole discretion. In the event of significant changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify users in advance.
